Phoenix Emergency Response Consultancy (PERC) is the brain child of Gary Watton and was established after having served in the fire service as well as a career as an expat in Africa as part of a gold mine Emergency Response Team, training the local community. On returning to the UK in 2016 he decided that he wanted to train and gain qualifications in the confined space sector.

We believe that all businesses should be proactive rather than reactive.  All of us here at PERC are ex-fire service, so know how important it is to give good sound training to your staff so to ensure a safe working environment.

We are proud to have such an experienced team here at P.E.R.C. Our dedicated and professional team can supply Rescue Teams, Top Persons as well as giving professional advice and helping you develop your RAMS if required, we have staff that hold the City & Guilds 6150-61 Managing Work in Confined Spaces.

All our trainers are ex-Fire Service, Award in Education and Training (AET/PTTLS) certified and all hold the minimum of current City & Guilds High Risk and High Risk Rescue qualifications.
